The key objective of this structure is to keep FTLG accessible and inclusive, ensuring no one is excluded due to financial barriers.

Premium Member

Premium Membership is ideal for foreign-trained lawyers who want to stay connected, visible, and engaged while navigating their professional journey in Germany.

  • Priority invitations to FTLG events and limited-seat sessions
  • Reduced participation fees for selected ticketed community events
  • Access to members-only roundtables, masterclasses, and peer exchanges
  • Priority consideration for community-led mentorship and guidance programs
  • Early visibility of community opportunities, including projects, speaking engagements, and collaborations
  • Optional one-on-one guidance sessions focused on career navigation, integration, and professional direction within the German legal ecosystem

Corporate Member

Corporate Membership is designed to foster meaningful, long-term partnerships that contribute to talent development, knowledge exchange, and systemic change within the German legal ecosystem.

  • Listing in FTLG membership database as Corporate Members
  • Premium community access for up to three foreign-trained legal professionals within the organization
  • Opportunities to participate in panels, talks, and roundtables as thought partners (subject to program alignment)
  • Priority Invitation for partnership or sponsorship opportunities for FTLG flagship events (e.g. Legal Lounge)- right of first refusal
  • Access to FTLG talent engagement opportunities including community interactions, knowledge exchange formats, and visibility within the network
