Diamond Hogans
Diamond Hogans is the Partnership Manager, Special Projects for Foreign Trained Lawyers in Germany (FTLG). In this role, she supports the identification, development, and coordination of strategic partnerships that advance professional integration, mentorship, and access to opportunity for foreign-trained legal professionals in Germany.

With experience across the nonprofit and private sectors, Diamond has worked with mission-driven organizations supporting refugee resettlement and social integration, as well as within a Fortune 200 company. She currently works within a Germany-based technology organization, where her responsibilities include partner marketing, partner acquisition, and relationship development. Her professional background is complemented by a foundation in information technology and systems-oriented problem solving, enabling a structured yet people-centered approach to building sustainable, values-aligned collaborations across a diverse range of partners and community stakeholders.
She is originally from the United States and brings an international perspective shaped by cross-sector and cross-cultural experience. Diamond is committed to fostering inclusive partnerships and contributing to the development of a resilient, future-oriented ecosystem that supports the long-term integration and professional success of foreign-trained lawyers in Germany.
