FTLG Network exists to support newly migrated lawyers through mentorship, community, career guidance and visibility, while advocating for a simpler and fairer licensing pathway through dialogue with institutions and policymakers.

 FTLG stands for Foreign-Trained Lawyers in Germany. We are a professional network that connects, supports, and empowers lawyers who earned their qualifications outside Germany and now live, study, or work in Germany.

Who can join FTLG Community ?

Any lawyer trained outside Germany who wishes to integrate, collaborate, or advance their career in Germany is eligible. Membership is open to individuals at any stage of their legal career.
